BRAND REVOLT™

October 2008 Roller Clock Young Japanese designer Retz Yoshimoto has created a novel way for time to get carried away with itself. A moving weight keeps the clock ‘centred’ at the right time and keeps the clocking physically moving (assuming it is placed on a nice flat surface). This cute clock offers more than basic usefulness (indicating the time); it makes time-telling way more fun for the user. How far does the clock travel in 24 hours? More brands need to mix utility with the novel, or silly. It is, after all, those things that make most people tick.
